Position:

Executive Assistant

Responsibilities

  • Maintain the respective Manger’s diary
  • Maintain all hard copy and digital records for ongoing executive projects
  • Assist in creating and distributing meeting minutes for the monthly manager’s meetings and other executive meetings
  • Deliver and pick up business related correspondence in the immediate geographic area
  • Work with executive administrative team to create spreadsheets and presentation information for trade shows and meetings
  • Prepare the conference room for sales presentations and staff meetings

Qualifications

  • A Degree or Diploma in an Administrative Course or
  • A Cambridge certificate in Administration, P.A or Secretarial Services
  • 2-3 years’ experience within a similar reception role in a fast-paced environment
  • Working knowledge of the Microsoft suite, including Word, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Adobe
  • Knowledge of customer service principles and best practices, working with high-net-worth individuals.
  • Impeccable written and oral communication skills

Terms

  •  A Two year contract renewable by mutual consent upon satisfactory performance
  • Other terms as listed in the Offer Letter
